Optimum health is dependent upon the Body and the Mind harmoniously working together, in support of the whole. This is achieved through the evolution of the Six Combinations and the application of the Eight  Methods.

Principle

The Six Combinations is an evolving process realized through the internal coordination of the body, mind, and idea; with that of energy, spirit, structure and form.

Practice

The Eight Methods are the practical applications of Mindfulness. The physical and mental coordination facilitating the evolution of the Six Combinations through a dedicated practice.

Tai Chi Qigong

Tai Chi Qigong is the ancients answer to the stress in our life today, which may well be the cause for 90% of modern-day disease.

There are over 5,000 forms of Qigong. Tai Chi (taiji) refers to the principle of Yin/Yang (universal balance, universal harmony). Qi (chi) refers to life force and Gong means work or effort.

Tai Chi Qigong is the foundational exercise for Chinese therapy, health maintenance and fitness. It is a practice in Mindfulness often performed in slow, even, and fluid movements, with a calm concentration of mind; while supported with a rhythm of natural breathing and a gentle smile.

Tai Chi Qigong is the synthesis of Meditation, Breathing and Movement. It will establish Physical Balance, Mental Equilibrium, Emotional Tranquility and Spiritual Radiance.

Conversations with Michael

Tai Chi Flow

With a firm foundation in the principles and methods of Qigong, we incorporate the theory and movements of Tai Chi Flow. This is an excellent introduction to the complexity of the popular exercise of Tai Chi Chuan.

The Arts of Inner Efficiency are brought to a high level through the integration of Neigong ie, Mind Way. With a calm mind you are able to penetrate and see deep within your universe and with a quiet mind to listen to and hear what is being said. Your teacher within will reveal the truth.
